Restoring Dignity #24 will take place on Saturday, October 28th, 2017! We will be serving two Sudanese sisters who have been refugees for the past 14 years and recently came to the United States. To read more about their story and or to get involved click here.

Restoring Dignity Clean-Up and Organizing Day!

What: Clean-up/Build shelves/Organize/Setup the new Restoring Dignity storage space! Sign-up HERE!
Why: We moved into a new storage facility several months ago and we need help getting it cleaned and organized! We have lots of donations to help another refugee family, but first we need help getting the building in working order (including sorting all of the donations).
When: Saturday, September 9th, 2017

• 8am-10am Shift one
• 10am-12pm-Shift two
• 12pm-2pm-Shift three

Who: Anyone and everyone! There is something for everyone to do:

• Building new shelves
• Organizing donations
• Cleaning/sweeping/mopping
• Refreshment deliverer (bring water bottles to volunteers…great for kids!)

Restoring Dignity #23 will take place on Saturday, January 21st, 2017. We will be serving a Karen refugee family of four. To learn more about this family’s story and their specific needs, please click here.

Restoring Dignity #22 will take place on Saturday, November 5th, 2016! We will be serving a Karen refugee family of seven that is in need of many household items as well as minor home repairs. Their one year old son, Johnny, is hospitalized with multiple health concerns, and we hope to alleviate some of their stress by remaking their home environment.
